I am Satyaarth Balajee Sinha, an Advocate on Record before the Supreme Court of India and a Founding Partner at SDP Triad Law Partners, New Delhi. Having approximately seven years of active practice, I have built a focused body of work in two areas where precision and preparation genuinely matter: service law and corporate law.

Representing government servants, armed forces personnel, and public sector employees in service disputes before the Supreme Court of India, Delhi High Court, Central Administrative Tribunal, and Armed Forces Tribunal. I draft and I argue from the first filing to the final hearing.
Civil Litigation
Handling property disputes, recovery suits, injunctions, and civil proceedings before the courts in Delhi.
Criminal Litigation
Providing principled, diligent representation across bail, revision, appeals, and trial court proceedings.
